Job Summary We are seeking motivated and reliable  Entry-Level Remote Data Entry Specialists  to support our administrative operations.

This role is perfect for those who are organized, focused, and looking to start or grow their career working from home.

You will help keep our records accurate and up to date, contributing to a smooth and efficient business operation.

Responsibilities Enter and update client, appointment, and service information accurately into digital databases and systems.

Verify data for completeness and correctness.

Assist with maintaining electronic filing systems and document organization.

Support administrative tasks as needed, such as data cleaning and record audits.

Communicate effectively with team members to clarify information when necessary.

Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Required Skills and Qualifications Basic computer skills with proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications Previous data entry or administrative experience is a plus but not required.

Familiarity with pet care industry or related software is a bonus.

Compensation Pay Rate :

• $18.00–$22.00 per hour.
