Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their fragrance preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase various fragrances and enhance customer knowledge.
- Utilize retail sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling, to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display, ensuring products are well-stocked and accessible.
- Operate the POS system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, managing phone etiquette, and resolving any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
