Experienced F / T Primary Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, (Lincolnwood / Skokie)
Our client, a busy and fast-growing Non-For-Profit Federally Qualified Healthcare Center located on the far North side of Chicago near the Lincolnwood / Skokie area, is looking to hire a direct-hire, full-time Primary Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with both adult and pediatric patient expertise.
Full-Time Hours may vary including evenings and weekends. On-call on rotation shared with other providers.
Job Requirements / Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience working in a primary care clinic providing care for both adults and children.
- Primary Care or Pediatric experience is strongly preferred.
- Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) experience is preferred.
- Master’s Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited institution.
- Current Illinois Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Certification in Family Medicine is preferred.
- Graduate of accredited school (PA, NP).
- Current provider card in CPR.
