Your role will involve seamless communication with the patient, their family, and the dedicated hospice care team. The After-Hours Hospice RN position is a salaried full-time opportunity, covering on-call hours from 5 PM on Friday to 8 AM on Monday. • Education : Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a valid state license as a registered nurse.\n
• Experience : At least 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting (hospice experience preferred).\n
