We’re a small, women-owned digital marketing agency managing a growing portfolio of cool, culture-driven brands across beverages / spirits, beauty, fashion, and more. It’s an exciting time to join us—we’re scaling fast and working with brands that are shaping their industries.

The Role

We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and highly efficient Social Media Manager to manage and grow multiple brand accounts. This is a 20-hour per week contract role with potential for increased hours over time. The role is hybrid (LA + virtual) and requires schedule flexibility to accommodate content shoots, brand needs, and timely engagement.

As the Social Media Manager, you’ll have the support of a Social Media Coordinator and future interns and report to both the Team Lead and the Founder / CEO.

What You'll Do

  • Manage daily social media content creation (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more)
  • Create engaging, trend-forward content using Canva (must be proficient) and other tools; Adobe Suite experience is a plus
  • Develop and maintain content calendars, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand voice
  • Stay ahead of social media trends and create content that is relevant, timely, and shareable
  • Engage with online communities, responding to DMs and comments in real-time
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, adjusting strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with our creative team for content shoots and campaign rollouts
  • Occasionally attend in-person brand shoots or activations in LA
  • 2+ years of social media experience, preferably in an agency or multi-brand setting
  • Must be highly proficient in Canva and love creating engaging, relevant content
  • Experience with the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) is a plus
  • Quick-thinking, adaptable, and always in the loop with social trends
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple accounts efficiently
  • Comfortable working with a flexible schedule to accommodate social media demands
  • LA-based (and able to attend occasional in-person meetings and content shoots)
  • Work with brands that are actually fun and culturally relevant
  • Be part of a fast-growing, female-led agency with room to grow
