Job Summary
We are seeking skilled Machinist Operator(s) to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate(s) will have experience setting up and operating CNC equipment including but not limited to NC210 (CNC Lathe Single and Dual Spindle and Turret), NC230 (Up to 5 Axes CNC Mill), and OMNI (Gang-tooled CNC turning center, high-speed, precision manufacturing of small to medium-sized parts) machines. Responsibilities
- Disassembles, assembles, and adjusts cutting dies and sources in presses.
- Measures, inspects, and evaluates parts according to detailed specifications; makes necessary adjustments.
- Prepares automatic machinery for welding and thermoplastic operations.
- Set up, program, and operate CNC machines to produce high-precision parts.
- Monitors machine performance, ensures adherence to safety protocols, and performs routine maintenance.
- Troubleshoots, reports, and resolves machine malfunctions efficiently.
- Maintains accurate documentation of production and quality checks.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
3+ years of hands-on experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment (preferred).Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and programming codes (GIBBS, Mastercam, etc.).Strong understanding of tool cutting, machine setup, and calibration.Ability to work independently with tight tolerances (.001 or less).Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.Good reading, writing, math skills, and fluent in English.Relevant certifications (e.g., CNC Machining Certification) are a plus.Additional Skills & Attributes
Extensive setup experience (3-5+ years preferred).Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex machining issues.Commitment to safety and quality standards.Training on 1st shift hours (5 : 30am – 2 : 00pm) for approximately 6 weeks.After successful training, transition to 2nd shift hours (2 : 00pm – 10 : 30pm).Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in a manufacturing environment with safety gear.This position requires eligibility to obtain authorization under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and / or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
