Candidate Requirements :

Minimum Experience Required : 2 years of Experience

Travel Requirements : Travel Experience Preferred

License / Certifications : CA License, BLS or CPR, CPI / MAB

Covid Vaccine Requirements : Covid Vaccination is required,

exemptions accepted but will be required to wear masks at all times.

Must Haves :

Forensic & Psych experience required

Need experience with wide range of psych experience

Preceptorship experience preferred – teaching hospital

Assignment Details :

Scheduling :

36 hours weekly

3 x 12’s

Block shifts offered

Shift / Hours : Night 1900-0730

On Call :

OT Opportunities : yes, based on needs

Rates : varies

RTO Accepted : Max - 1 week per assignment – please add to the end of contract

Holiday Requirements / Specifics :

Floating Requirements : Float between Crisis & inpatient unit (all within psychiatric health facility on same floor)

LVNs, mental health workers (floor no charting w / rounds every 15 minutes)

2 team nurse and med nurse

No total care

Psychiatrist available 24 / 7 (on site 0700-1300)

treatment team - multidisciplinary model, social worker, discharge planner

Extension Opportunities : yes, will be evaluated towards end of contract
