KWCH / KSCW & Gray Digital Media in Wichita, KS, is seeking an entry-level sales consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is skilled at developing and maintaining strong client relationships, self-motivated to exceed expectations, and adaptable to new technology and product offerings within our marketing portfolio. This role offers unlimited growth potential. The Media Executive is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and acquiring high-quality clients with significant revenue potential, connecting clients with our marketing solutions to grow their business, and managing business development and marketing opportunities.

Duties / Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Develop relationships with new businesses through research, generating leads, and managing an active pipeline from prospect to close.
• Make face-to-face sales and cold calls.
• Sell advertising following station policies and rate guidelines.
• Create professional, customized presentations to grow clients' businesses.
• Assist in understanding client needs and coordinate with departments and support staff.
• Continuously enhance knowledge of marketing principles.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and manage a sales revenue portfolio for retention and growth.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline, increase pipeline velocity, and forecast accurately monthly.
• Become an expert in marketing, providing insights and recommendations to build strong client relationships.
