A company is looking for a Diagnostics Recruiter to manage the recruitment process for various roles in laboratories across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for 50-70 requisitions, utilizing creative sourcing techniques
Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand talent requirements and drive the recruitment process
Maintain compliance with OFCCP regulations and provide updates to the Talent Acquisition Manager
Required Qualifications
Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred
At least 1 year of full life-cycle recruitment experience within the healthcare industry
Experience using productivity tools for recruitment management
Thorough understanding of employment law and compliance issues related to recruitment
Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
