Sci-Rec have partnered with a leading small molecule CDMO, who provide services in the development and manufacturing of biopharmaceuticals. They are currently seeking a VP Manufacturing for multiple sites across the US and Europe.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with functional leaders and other members of SLT to drive operating plan for multiple sites

Bring best practices from prior experience and merge into current culture and practices at multiple sites

Leading process development to support a broad portfolio of both catalog and custom made products

Leading transfer of critical raw materials between external and internal manufacturing sites

Experience Required

Must have 10+ years experience leading manufacturing operations within CDMO field

Multi site leadership is a must

Ability to change and implement strong culture

Ability to communicate across multiple levels (technical / non technical, executive team / entry level)

Small molecule experience considered a plus, must have CDMO experience as a minimum

Prior site management experience is a plus
