Position : Manager, Grants & Data
Reports to : Director, Development
Department : Development
Pay Rate : $85,000- $95,000 yr.
Reporting to the Director, Development, the Manager, Grants & Data is responsible for overseeing grants management (research, writing, monitoring, and reporting) and for managing data systems that support the Development Department. This role plays a critical part in agency fundraising efforts, ensuring the integrity of donors and grant data through Raiser's Edge, and strengthening the organization's culture of philanthropy.
As a key liaison between Development and Program teams, this role supports the stabilization and growth of program funding by developing compelling proposals and reports aligned with agency strategies and budgets. The Manager also works closely with Finance and Program teams to ensure grant compliance, track utilization of funds, and demonstrate program impact.

Qualifications
POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education : BA / BS degree in accounting, finance, business, nonprofit administration, or related field preferred OR equivalent work experience.
Experience : Experience in grant writing, contract management, or related roles within the nonprofit sector, and with CRM systems, Raiser's Edge preferred. Previous working experience with grants in nonprofit / academic environments or government contracts preferred.
Skills and Abilities :
Software : Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications : Outlook, Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer. Experience with a donor CRM system, Raisers Edge preferred. Social Media fluency is an asset.
Confidential and Sensitive Information : Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
