CFL USA, LLC is currently seeking candidates to join our rapidly expanding team. We seek to hire an Extrusion Operator. This position is responsible for transforming several raw materials into finished board via a highly automated extrusion process. Extrusion Operators provide technical expertise throughout the process in our new manufacturing facility located in Adairsville, Georgia. Duties / Responsibilities :

• Perform position duties in the safest, most efficient manner
• Work closely with scheduling team to ensure materials align with schedule
• Confirm whether equipment is working properly prior to operation
• Troubleshoot equipment failures within scope of job duties.
• Ensure product compliance to company standards and specifications
• Maintain calibration of equipment within scope of position
• Perform inspections during production
• Document data into ERP system per SOP requirements
• Communicate quality or compliance concerns with urgency
• Inspect raw materials to include lab analytics
