Governance, Risk & Compliance Associate

A company is looking for a Governance, Risk & Compliance Associate to support the evolution of its risk and compliance framework.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with Risk Control Self-Assessments, Business Impact Analyses, and updates to Business Continuity Plans

Support the policy management process and track employee compliance training completion

Assist in the vendor review process and maintain vendor risk assessments

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field (or relevant experience)

1-3 years of experience in risk, compliance, audit, or operations preferred; internships or entry-level experience considered

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with compliance or risk systems is a plus

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work across teams and manage multiple assignments
