Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee land surveying projects from start to finish.
- Provide technical oversight for field crews and office staff.
- Prepare, review, and certify plats, boundary surveys, ALTA / NSPS surveys, and construction staking.
- Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal surveying regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to deliver accurate results on time.
- Mentor junior survey staff and promote professional development.
Qualifications
Active Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in Minnesota (required).Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).5+ years of progressive surveying experience.Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, GPS, and robotic total stations.Strong knowledge of surveying laws, standards, and practices.What We Offer
