Key Responsibilities
Reviews rates, tracks shipments and updates customer files and profiles
Interfaces with customers during service failures and conducts customer surveys to identify trends and satisfaction
Collaborates with operations to optimize customer orders and monitors invoicing and accounts receivable aging
Required Qualifications
Applies company policies and procedures to operations
Understands features and business applications of services and technology offerings
Applies supply chain and logistics knowledge relevant to manufacturing and distribution
Generates reports and interprets data from databases
Experience with Microsoft Office products or equivalent software; freight forwarding or transportation experience preferred
