Under direction of the Director or Administrator, the Clinical Manager has 24-hour responsibility for the effective implementation of the philosophy, goals, policies, and procedures of the hospital and the nursing department and their effect on patient care outcomes in a designated unit. The Clinical Manager has authority to make decisions on the unit and the responsibility and accountability for the nursing staff and the delivery of patient care. Why Work at Cheyenne Regional?
