About the Role

What You’ll Be Doing in This Role

As a production manager, you’ll be right at the heart of our mission to preserve life. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like :

• Directly leading the production assemblers on the production floor as well as in the clean room.
• Teaming up with colleagues to solve real-world challenges and problems.
• Make proactive decisions based on the business needs.
• Taking the initiative to develop stronger and more capable processes.
• Overseeing, assigning, and leading continuous improvement projects across multiple departments.
• Developing a properly trained and highly motivated team.
• Driving quality, innovation, and service in everything you do—because lives depend on it
