What You'll Do

  • Evaluate and treat patients of all ages, modifying care plans as needed.
  • Design and implement appropriate plans of care integrating goals and outcomes.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers using effective teaching methods.
  • Perform examinations and document findings in accordance with clinical policies.
  • Collaborate with the medical team to communicate patient status and recommendations.
  • Supervise PTA and rehabilitation technicians, ensuring compliance with regulations.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Illinois.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
  • Commitment to ongoing education regarding acute stroke patient care.
  • Empathy and respect for patients and colleagues.

    • Salary, Shifts & Location

    The compensation for this position ranges from $76,000 to $131,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is based in Urbana, IL, with flexible shifts available.
