Position Summary

Leadership-oriented Pilot in Command for Gulfstream G150 flight department operating out of Peachtree DeKalb Airport (PDK) in the North Atlanta Metro. The ideal candidate is engaging, cooperative and a dynamic team member, that aims to support the needs of the aircraft operation. This individual will need to possess a strong focus on safety combined with a can-do approach which is essential for success.

Requirements :

  • FAA-issued Pilot certificate with multi-engine rating
  • Total Time = 2000 hours
  • PIC = 500 hours
  • Time in Type (G150) : 200 hours
  • G150 type rating
  • Current, and ability to maintain, FAA first-class medical
  • Up-to-date immunization record
  • Must be located or willing to relocate within 2 hours of Atlanta Metro.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Ensuring that the aircraft is airworthy, registered and that the required documentation is onboard the aircraft
  • Check weather and all applicable NOTAMs, where available, and determines fuel, oil and oxygen requirements
  • Determine the aircraft weight and balance
  • Ensure that all flight planning requirements have been met
  • Ensure that aircraft crew members have valid licenses, medical certificates, passports, and visas (when required)
  • Complete an aircraft preflight inspection before each departure
  • Coordinate with Dispatch, Maintenance, other crew members, and external agencies in the planning and execution of flight duties
  • Operate the aircraft per standard operating procedures, aircraft limitations, and in accordance with applicable FAA rules and regulations
  • Maintain currency requirements by type and ensures the currency of aircraft crewmembers prior to flight
  • Ensure compliance with customs, immigration and applicable laws
  • Lead the crew utilizing appropriate crew resource management in the accomplishment of all trip requirements
  • Complete all post flight duties, including submitting expense reports
  • Records flight times and aircraft maintenance items
  • Compensation : $140,000 - $180,000

    The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience, and other job-related factors.
