We seek an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to lead and enhance our cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability of mission-critical applications. In this role, you will design and implement robust DevOps solutions, fostering a continuously delivered microservices environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive best practices and innovation, ensuring rapid deployment and immediate response to issues. The ideal candidate has 5-7+ years of experience in a Cloud / SaaS company, a passion for cutting-edge technology and a commitment to building resilient, scalable systems that support our success.

This position is required to commute into our San Jose, CA office three days a week on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

You Will :

• Design and implementation of elastically scalable infrastructure solutions.
• Define, enforce, and continuously improve stringent security standards across all systems.
• Design systems for business continuity, ensuring resilience and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Implement and maintain robust monitoring, metrics, and alert systems to ensure high availability.
• Evaluate, recommend, and adopt the most appropriate and up-to-date technologies for the organization.
• Ensure seamless integration of DevOps practices within an Agile / Scrum environment while responding to urgent operational needs.
• Maintain and promote high standards of work quality across the team, driving best practices.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth by encouraging the exploration of new tools, technologies, and processes.

$180,000 - $195,000 a year

The base pay range for this role is listed above. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.

The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and / or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
