Summary
We're seeking a driven and independent Sales Representative to join our team at Lupine Development & Consulting in Austin, TX. As a commission-only independent contractor, you'll be responsible for expanding our reach and bringing in new projects through local, in-person networking. Your primary goal will be to move leads through the sales cycle, from prospect to contract-ready sale, with minimal hand-holding. Compensation
This is a commission-only independent contractor role (1099).
Per-Project Commission :
Quarterly Bonus : Exceed $500k in billings in a quarter → +1-3% bonus applied to all commissions that quarter.

Requirements
Experience : 2–3 years minimum in sales or client-facing roles. 5+ years preferred in AEC, real estate, or professional services.
