What You'll Do

Promote evidence-based practice through the nursing process.
Assess patient status and develop individualized care plans.
Evaluate and document patient progress throughout the shift.

What You'll Bring

Current RN license in Illinois.

Certified EKG Technician (CET) preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days.

ADN or BSN degree in nursing.

Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Commitment to continuous professional development.

Salary, Shifts & Location

The compensation range for this position is $66,000 - $113,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. This role is based in Peoria, IL, with flexible shift options available.
