Direct Hire Position

Title : Radiology-Supervisor / Special Imaging MRI Supervisor

Location : Dallas, TX

Shift : FT / Days | Flexible, 7a- 3 : 30p

CERTIFICATION / LICENSE / REGISTRATION - BLS

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION : Grad of an Accredited Program

EXPERIENCE :

3yr of relevant MRI experience.

2yr of current leadership experience. Leadership experience must be within a high-volume MRI department operating multiple scanners and performing complex MRI exams, including those involving sedation, pacemakers, and implants.

Experience with Cardiac Studies.

Experience with Brainlab cases is a plus.

Job Summary

The Special Imaging Supervisor helps the Management team supervise, plan, organize, and improve Radiology services.

These include Diagnostic Radiology / Interoperative, CT, MRI, US, IR, or Nuclear Medicine.

The Director and / or Radiologist provide instructions.

The supervisor performs department orientation, teaches, coaches, supervises staff, and performs imaging exams in their modalities.

They ensure the organization's vision, mission, values, and goals are followed.

They recommend and help develop policies and procedures to meet regulatory standards and Baylor Scott & White Health philosophy.

They act as a department liaison when the manager is absent.
