Must have pleted Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Behavior Intervention Specialist (BIS) to support students in a K-12 school setting. This contract position, located in Hot Springs, South Dakota, is designed for the uping school year.

Responsibilities include :

• Conducting functional behavior assessments and developing individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to implement and monitor behavior strategies.
• Providing training and support to school staff on behavior management techniques.
• Collecting and analyzing data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Ensuring pliance with state and federal regulations related to behavior services.
