Northwest Talent Solutions is partnering with a global manufacturing leader to identify an accomplished Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist III who can drive operational excellence, safety leadership, and environmental compliance across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities :

• Champion the Drive to Zero initiative, fostering a proactive safety culture at every site.
• Conduct internal multi-site EHS audits ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, Wisconsin DNR, DOT, and other regulatory bodies.
• Lead and deliver regional EHS training programs , mentoring local specialists and operational teams.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze new projects and processes, embedding EHS excellence from the start.
• Oversee hazard prevention and control programs, including incident investigations and emergency action plans.
• Drive waste-reduction and recycling initiatives to advance sustainability and supply chain partnership goals.
• Act as an SAP Super User for EHS-related processes.
