Position : ALLIED-X-Ray Tech (Travel / Contract)

Responsibilities

Perform X-ray imaging procedures with precision and care.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success.

Maintain and calibrate X-ray equipment for optimal performance.

Participate in continuous education and professional development activities.

Document and report imaging results accurately and promptly.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

Monitor and evaluate patient comfort during procedures.

Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.

Utilize pipelines to assess and enhance operational efficiency.

Engage in regular feedback sessions to improve personal performance.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Experience / Qualifications

Valid X-Ray Technician certification and state licensure.

Proven experience in performing X-ray imaging procedures.

Commitment to continuous education and professional development.

Strong understanding of safety protocols in healthcare settings.

Strong communication skills for documenting imaging results.

Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals.

Ability to monitor patient comfort and address concerns.

Experience in maintaining and calibrating imaging equipment.

Familiarity with operational efficiency pipelines in healthcare.

Experience in mentoring or training new staff members.
