Were looking for a high-energyIn-Home Sales-Bathroom Remodelingto join our team. In this role, you'll meet with homeowners forpre-scheduled, in-home design consultationsno cold calling. Youll guide them through the remodel process and close high-ticket sales using our proven system.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $48,000 base salary+uncapped commissions+tiered bonuses
  • First-year earnings typically $120K$200K+

What Youll Do

  • Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners
  • Design and present custom bathroom remodel solutions
  • Follow Re-Baths proven sales process
  • Build trust and rapport with clients
  • Use company-provided software and tech tools (training included)

    • What Were Looking For

  • 2+ years of in-home sales experience required
  • Strong closing ability and a competitive mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working independently and meeting with clients in their homes
  • Reliable transportation and clean driving record
  • Able to pass background check and drug screening
