Junior Lease Analyst

We are seeking a Junior Lease Analyst to support our team by assisting in the creation and performance of abstracts for new leases and amendments. The role involves inputting lease information into property management software, interpreting lease languages, and maintaining data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lease Analyst with creating and performing abstracts for all new leases and amendments.
• Pull and provide documents for abstract packages.
• Input cash receipts and perform invoicing related to properties.
• Enter lease information into property management software.
• Interpret leases and lease languages, entering them into the system and handling reporting.
• Set up and maintain pass-through worksheets for Common Area Maintenance and Real Estate Taxes.
• Review leases and abstractions.
• Collaborate with Property Managers to research and evaluate outstanding issues related to tenant accounts.
• Maintain data in the database and ensure quality assurance for data abstracted and entered.
• Perform invoice reviews to ensure alignment with tenant obligations.
• Interact with landlords and create standard forms, policies, and procedures.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.64 - $24.04 / hr.
