Job Summary
- Seeking a highly motivated and skilled WebLogic Administrator / Linux System Administrator to support enterprise applications and cloud environments
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Oracle WebLogic Server, administering Linux systems, and supporting application deployments across Cloud Infrastructures
Primary Responsibilities
Analyze detailed requirements and develop detailed design for a specific Oracle product or technologyProvide implementation services for a specific product to include extensions and additional configurations necessary to implement customer unique business processes and workflowsPerform routine health checks and optimizations of system performance, availability, access controls and securityPerform system optimization, performance tuning and assists in capacity planningPerform proactive analysis of potential issues, risks and roadblocks during system implementation and operationsInstall, configure, and maintain Oracle WebLogic Server environmentsAdminister and support Linux operating systems in on-premise and cloud environments (AWS and OCI)Manage application deployments and troubleshoot issues across multiple environmentsMonitor system performance and ensure high availability, scalability, and security of applicationsSupport Java-based applications, including configuration and deploymentCollaborate with development, database, and security teams to optimize system performance and reliabilityAssist with system patching, upgrades, automation, and compliance effortsDocument system configurations, deployment processes, and troubleshooting stepsRequired Qualifications
Must have active Top Secret / SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope PolygraphBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)Minimum of 3 years of experience in system or application administration, including cloud exposureStrong hands-on experience with Oracle WebLogic Server administrationSolid background in Linux system administration (Red Hat or Oracle Linux preferred)Experience managing cloud environments in AWSFamiliarity with Java application deployment and basic troubleshootingExperience with Oracle APEX and Oracle Database administration or developmentUnderstanding of networking, storage, and security best practices in both on-premise and cloud environmentsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-oriented environmentDesired Qualifications
Experience with Java, Oracle APEX, and Oracle DatabaseExperience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)Exempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD / LTD plans. Salary is dependent upon the candidate's experience and qualifications.
The pay range for this role is :
