Description Technical Webmaster / Content Lead role at Margaritaville at Sea. This position is responsible for ensuring Margaritaville at Sea websites and ecommerce platforms are updated, optimized, and performing at peak levels. The role oversees site content management, troubleshoots technical issues, and collaborates with product, UX, and marketing teams to deliver seamless digital experiences. The candidate combines technical expertise with content management skills, balancing day-to-day operations with continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities Manage website content through CMS platforms : WordPress, Sitecore, Tridion, Adobe Experience Manager, Shopify, or similar; oversee content updates and publishing, ensuring smooth operations and timely execution of digital initiatives.

Ensure site accuracy, SEO optimization, accessibility, and brand consistency : audit content for accuracy, optimize for search engines, ensure accessibility compliance, and align with brand guidelines.

Troubleshoot technical issues related to site performance, integrations, and plugins to maintain a seamless user experience.

Collaborate with UX / UI Designer and Product Manager to implement new features and updates : plan, test, and launch features and enhancements.

Monitor website analytics, uptime, and page performance; provide actionable improvements based on data.

Create and maintain publishing workflows to ensure timely campaigns and content launches.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience 3–5 years of experience managing website content and operations using CMS platforms such as WordPress, Sitecore, Tridion, Adobe Experience Manager, Shopify, or similar.

Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including UX / UI designers, product managers, and marketing stakeholders.

Hands-on experience troubleshooting technical issues related to website performance, integrations, and plugins.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Strong understanding of SEO best practices, accessibility standards, and brand consistency across digital platforms.

Proficiency in monitoring website analytics, uptime, and page performance using tools like Google Analytics, GTmetrix, or similar.

Ability to create and manage publishing workflows to support timely campaign and content launches.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.

Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Demands Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and / or computer for extended periods.

Travel Travel : No travel

Work Conditions Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety / health hazard potential. This position is in-person at the Orlando office.
