A well-established, growth-oriented food manufacturer in Southern Wisconsin is seeking a Plant Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for either : a proven leader with plant management experience or a rising star ready to step up into their first Plant Manager role with development and mentorship support.

What You'll Do

• Lead all aspects of plant operations : production, maintenance, quality, sanitation, and budgeting
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMPs, USDA / FDA, SQF / FSMA and other regulatory standards
• Drive capital projects, Lean / CI initiatives, and cost-savings programs
• Partner with senior leadership on strategic planning and growth
• Build, coach, and inspire teams to achieve high engagement and performance
