A DAY IN THE LIFE
In this role, you will
- Maintain and update HR employee records within the HRIS
- Facilitate all onboarding processes for new hires
- Maintain, update, and distribute the Company-wide organizational charts
- Maintain various HR databases and programs and prepare various reports

Maintain and update employee records within the HRISFacilitate the HR new hire orientation presentation and administer new hire paperworkAdminister I-9 Forms for new hires and reverificationsMaintain, update, and distribute the Company-wide organizational chartsAdminister the workers' compensation process and required postingsEnsure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment required postings and mandatory employee documentsPrepare and distribute various scheduled and ad-hoc reportsMaintain updates to the HR intranet pagesMaintain updates to various HR databasesAdminister various HR programsConduct audits on a scheduled and / or ad hoc basisRespond to employee inquiries and partner with manager on all escalationsEnsure compliance with Company and HR policies and processesProvide support to others within the departmentPerform all other duties assignedQualifications
High School Diploma or GED requiredBachelor's degree in HR or related field preferredHRIS administration experience preferred1-2 years of HR administration or related field experience preferredProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPointMust possess excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, both verbal and writtenMust possess excellent time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
