Job Title : Helpdesk Support

Location : 4500 Business Center Drive, Human Resources, Green Valley, California 94534.

Duration : 3 Months Contract

Education : Associates degree in Computer Science

Shift Details : 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM

Job Description :

  • The Help Desk Support I is responsible for providing excellent customer service by answering, analyzing, and resolving technical support calls from computer users across the organization.
  • This role involves troubleshooting IT-related issues, managing service requests, and ensuring system availability and data integrity.
  • The incumbent will work closely with internal teams and vendors to provide timely solutions while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Log, prioritize, and track service requests and incidents using the Incident Management application, escalating issues as necessary and following up to confirm resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor Helpdesk email and voicemail, ensuring all requests are addressed within defined timelines.
  • Participate in maintaining IT assets and assist with desktop software and hardware changes.
