Key Responsibilities

• Product profitability & strategy : Define / evangelize strategy; align investment areas and success measures to deliver portfolio outcomes.
• End-to-end delivery leadership : Direct discovery → launch, manage dependencies across teams, and maximize return on spend.
• Cross-channel performance : Shape integrated experiences that drive adoption, engagement, and revenue—leveraging enterprise platforms.
• Customer insight & PMF : Demonstrate deep customer understanding; validate and scale product-market fit.
• GTM & analytics : Partner with marketing / sales / ops; define multichannel strategy, budget, and KPIs to drive growth.
• Set a compelling product vision and multi-year strategy for a product area; align executives and partner leaders to an investment thesis.
• Lead multi-team programs end-to-end, sequencing work across squads; manage risks and negotiate resourcing across functions.
• Architect the KPI and forecasting model for the area; tie leading indicators to financial results and govern to them.
• Shape cross-channel experiences at scale, eliminating systemic friction to drive adoption, engagement, and revenue.
• Sponsor organizational change (enablement, policy / process updates) that unlocks customer and internal adoption.

Qualifications

The role offers a hybrid / flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).

Pay Range : $139,230.00 - $163,800.00
