An 8-month temporary position (40 hours / week) with total compensation of $35,000, commensurate with experience, performance, and qualificationsAs part of Montrose’s Brand Design team, the Production Artist (temp) reports to the Creative Director and bridges big ideas and final delivery—making sure every pixel, layout, and file is production-ready and aligned to brand standards.
  • YOUR EXPERTISE AND SKILLS
  • A well-suited Production Artist will have : 1-3+ years of relevant design experience; however, candidates with less experience will be considered if they demonstrate strong skills, a solid portfolio, and growth potentialIntermediate proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)Be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage workloads under tight deadlines (experience with project management tools a plus) Performing repetitive tasks with high accuracy and consistent qualityBring basic photo editing skills Knowledge of file formats and conversions : AI, EPS, PDF, JPG, PNG, etc. The above statements are intended to describe the general nature of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
