A company is looking for an Application Support Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate, document, and resolve application problems reported by customers
Progress issues through to conclusion while liaising with colleagues and other departments
Handle customer escalations and identify opportunities for service improvements
Required Qualifications
Experience in HRIS / HCM / Payroll, especially Singapore Payroll
Experience with clock-in devices related to HRIS applications is advantageous
Common knowledge of Microsoft technologies, workplace processes, and IT infrastructure
Knowledge of SQL and ITIL is preferred
Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and as part of a team
