Role Description
We're seeking a highly motivated Solutions Scout – Sales Development to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This entry-level sales role is designed for someone eager to break into business development, learn the art of solution selling, and grow into a Solutions Expert within 6–9 months.
As a Solutions Scout, you'll be on the frontlines :
- Meeting with prospective customers
- Learning about their business and operations
- Identifying challenges, inefficiencies, and opportunities
- Bringing that knowledge back to our Solutions Experts , who will design and present tailored solutions
This is a client-facing role that requires curiosity, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trust quickly. You'll be supported by two weeks of structured training to prepare you for success — and ongoing mentorship as you grow.
Responsibilities
Proactively research and identify prospective clients in the Charlotte areaConduct initial outreach (calls, visits, networking, events) to start conversationsMeet with business leaders to uncover their current processes, pain points, and needsDocument findings and collaborate with our Solutions Experts to craft proposalsBuild and maintain relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholdersWork toward monthly activity and lead generation goalsActively contribute to a fast-paced, growth-focused sales cultureQualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred (not required)0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing rolesStrong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)Curiosity and ability to ask great questions to uncover client challengesSelf-motivated, ambitious, and eager to grow into a senior roleComfortable working both independently and as part of a teamBased in or willing to work daily in Charlotte, NCWhat We Offer
