Position Overview :
This role is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating field service activities to ensure exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
Schedule and dispatch field technicians based on project requirements and availability
Communicate with clients regarding service appointments and follow-ups
Track project timelines, parts, and documentation using internal systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any delays or escalations
Maintain accurate records and generate service reports Qualifications :
2+ years of experience in field service coordination, project coordination, or a similar administrative support role
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficient in scheduling software and MS Office
