Key Responsibilities
Align goals, KPIs, and lifecycle definitions across GTM teams
Own data governance and streamline CRM and GTM systems for scalability
Deliver actionable insights on pipeline health and manage performance dashboards
Required Qualifications
7+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or similar leadership roles in SaaS
Expertise in Salesforce and forecasting best practices
Proven success in driving cross-functional alignment and operational efficiency
Experience in venture-backed, high-growth SaaS preferred
Strong analytical skills with executive-level presentation experience
