The Impact of a Senior Customer Adoption Manager at Coupa :
Our Customer Adoption Teams work closely with Coupa Customers globally to continue to increase adoption, maximize value & drive best practices, ensuring our customers get the greatest value from their Coupa platform.
We are looking for a Senior Customer Adoption Manager (CAM) to join our already highly skilled team. This is a key role as part of our wider Professional Services organization. The successful candidate will share our team's passion for ensuring customer success and will be offered career development opportunities within one of the fastest growing software companies in the world.
What You'll Do :
Lead customer engagements with strong project management practices, driving solutions to business problems and strategic goals.
Ensure customer success through accurate adoption of the Coupa platform and ongoing partnership.
Apply deep technical and product knowledge to demonstrate and configure solutions that meet customer needs.
Develop and champion standard processes, tools, and resources (templates, training, presentations) to scale success.
Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues while continuously developing expertise, including up to 10% travel.
What You Will Bring to Coupa :
Proven experience in Procurement, Procure-to-Pay, Source-to-Contract, Sourcing & Category Management, or Accounts Payable.
SaaS expertise with strong client management and customer engagement skills.
Excellent communication abilities, including professional writing, verbal, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
Collaborative team player who shares best practices and drives continuous improvement.
