Ready to lead with purpose? We’re looking for a Clinical Supervisor to inspire and support our Outpatient Services team.

In this role, you’ll directly guide and mentor a team of clinicians, helping ensure their services are effective and meet all regulatory guidelines. You’ll work closely with our Outpatient Administrative staff to provide oversight in areas like training, staff development, and building strong relationships with schools, county, and government agencies.

This is primarily an office-based position, but you’ll also spend time in the community for staff observations, client visits, meetings, and trainings.

What do I need?

Education / Experience :

Must meet ONE of the following :

  • Holds a graduate degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the United States Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) in a generally recognized clinical discipline in which the degree program includes a clinical practicum.

OR

  • Possesses an equivalent graduate degree from a foreign institution that has been evaluated by the Association of International Credential Evaluators, Inc. (AICE) or the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES), with a general equivalency report.
  • OR

  • Is licensed in a generally recognized clinical discipline that includes mental health clinical experience (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist, etc.)
  • AND

  • Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience
  • Other requirements

  • Maintains required state and federal criminal and child abuse clearances, credentials and / or licenses.
  • Driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
  • You will conduct other related duties as assigned
  • What will I do?

    Supervision of Clinical Staff :

  • Provide direct clinical supervision to therapists, clinicians, and other designated staff.
  • Ensure adherence to clinical best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Policy and Procedure Oversight :

  • Participate in the development, implementation, and enforcement of policies and procedures for the psychiatric outpatient clinic.
  • Clinical Meetings and Case Reviews :

  • Conduct regular staff meetings to review clinical cases, evaluate treatment plans, and address procedural updates.
  • Inter-agency Collaboration :

  • Serve as a liaison with external service providers, referral sources, and related systems to ensure coordinated care and system integration.
  • Personnel Management :

  • Participate in the recruitment, hiring, orientation, supervision, evaluation, and termination of clinical staff in accordance with agency personnel policies.
  • Staff Development and Training :

  • Oversee and document clinical staff training, continuing education, and professional development to ensure compliance and support ongoing learning.
  • Crisis Program Support :

  • May provide walk-in Crisis program support in some geographic locations as needed based on program structure and staffing.
  • Hours of Work

    Schedule : Monday–Friday, 9 : 00am–5 : 00pm. Some flexibility is needed, as you’ll be accessible to your assigned staff during the hours outpatient services are provided.

    $52,200-$63,800 / year
