Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) – LTC Setting – Osseo, WI – $60 / hr – 13-Week Contract

Job Details

Location : Osseo, WI

Setting : Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Schedule : 5x8s, Day Shifts (40 hours / week)

Contract Length : 13 weeks

Start Date : ASAP

Pay Rate : $60 / hour (Up to $2,400 / week before taxes)

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ ability to perform daily activities

Work with patients recovering from injuries or managing chronic conditions to increase independence

Document progress and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on techniques to optimize function and safety

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and licensing requirements

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapy license (Wisconsin or eligible for licensure)

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

Valid NBCOT certification (OTR)

Current BLS certification

Previous SNF or LTC experience preferred but not required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
