Duties and Responsibilities for Behavior Technicians (RBT) :
Provide personalized 1 : 1 ABA therapy to clients in their homes, schools, or community settings.
Implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Carefully collect and document data on client progress.
Collaborate effectively with families and team members to promote client success.
Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive environment during therapy sessions.
Skills and Qualifications for Behavior Technicians (RBT) :
Must possess a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
A High School Diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
Prior experience in ABA therapy or working with children is beneficial, but not required.
Ability to successfully pass a background check.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Deeply passionate about supporting individuals with autism.
