Enterprise Architect

CGS is seeking an experienced senior-level Information Technology Enterprise Architect to support the IT business mission of a large-scale government enterprises IT infrastructure. The ideal applicant should demonstrate knowledge and experience in organization processes and procedures specific to PMI, ITIL, CISSP, SDLC, Agile, ISSO, Six Sigma, and CMMI. The applicant will also be tasked with collecting information for strategic business mission planning and IT investment.
Responsibilities
Support the government enterprise IT infrastructure and provide a holistic view of the enterprise for system owners, planners, designers, developers, and subcontractors.
Collect information for strategic business mission planning and IT investment and advise on engineering practices from prior system integrations.
Apply and leverage EA frameworks (including Zachman and TOGAF) and communicate with leadership to align technology with business goals, budget constraints, and mission requirements.
Provide technical engineering practices recommendations, advice, and enhancements from integration engagements of prior successful systems integrations.
Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and senior-level IT competency with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications
Knowledge, experience, and abilities to understand an organizations technologies and to gather information for strategic planning and IT investment.
Experience with PMI, ITIL, CISSP, SDLC, Agile, ISSO, Six Sigma, and CMMI.
Experience with EA frameworks, including Zachman and TOGAF.
Exceptional writing, verbal, and interpersonal negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work confidently and independently with minor guidance.
