What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Coordinate, diagnose, and troubleshoot incoming employee calls, providing support for technical problems and IT issues
  • Ensure timely resolution of problems or escalate issues to appropriate technical personnel as needed
  • Provide case status updates to management and end-users to keep all parties informed
  • Develop, document, and implement standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines for remote IT support
  • Maintain effective relationships with users to enhance support services
  • What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor\'s degree or 2-3 years of experience in a related field
  • Experience providing face-to-face support to a corporate customer base
  • Proficiency in Microsoft O365 Suite
  • Knowledge of VPN-Remote Connectivity and Mobile Device Management
  • Familiarity with Active Directory
  • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience in a performance-driven organization
  • Additional certifications related to IT support or customer service
