Estimator

Key Responsibilities :

Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to prepare accurate drywall estimates.

Analyze labor, material, and time requirements to ensure competitive and profitable bids.

Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors throughout the bidding process.

Prepare detailed proposals and present estimates to stakeholders.

Track project costs and update budgets as necessary.

Maintain knowledge of current industry pricing, materials, and trends.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 3 years of estimating experience in commercial drywall or related construction trades.

Strong understanding of drywall assemblies, materials, and labor requirements.

Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong mathematical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
