Instructional Systems Designer

A company is looking for an Instructional Systems Designer (Tech SME) to provide education and training mission support to the Defense Health Agency.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze learning needs using various sources and client-provided data

Create detailed design documents for virtual and web-based training

Support subject-matter experts with the ADDIE process and multimedia best practices

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field

Five or more years of experience with adult learning in a Federal or private sector role

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Products, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Captivate, Storyline, or Rise

Experience in analyzing content and creating recommendations
