Information Systems Intern

What you'll do : Under the guidance of the Network Administrator or delegated technical staff, the IT Intern provides hands-on support to the IT team, gaining practical experience while assisting with day-to-day technology operations.

• Assist with help desk requests, including troubleshooting user issues, resetting passwords, updating account information, and performing security updates.
• Support business applications and assist with routine IT tasks, such as hardware inventory management, hardware disposition, network backups, and mobile device management.
• Collaborate with senior IT staff on operational projects and initiatives.
• Deliver excellent customer service to internal clients, effectively communicating technical information to team members and management.
• Travel to R&R properties and various locations as needed to support IT operations.

What it takes to join our team : High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and urrently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
