USConnect is seeking an experienced, dynamic and organized Marketing Coordinator to join the company at the company’s HQ in Greensboro, NC. Reporting to the SVP of Sales, this position will create and implement corporate marketing initiatives with a focus on content design, website SEO and social media awareness in support of the company’s sales development. Moreover, the role will interface with a diverse team of internal stakeholders, external suppliers and partners, as well as customers to actively support and drive the company’s demand generation strategy.

Responsibilities :
- Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns and projects from conception to completion across various channels including print, digital, social media, email, traditional advertising and exhibition events. Work closely with the internal sales and operations teams as well as outside vendor partners to ensure alignment, deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
- Coordinate vendor partners for planning and creation of clear and compelling content to promote company’s offerings via print and electronic marketing collateral such as flyers, presentations, media posts, while also directly creating and editing content and collateral, ensuring accuracy, consistency and alignment with company’s brand standards and strategic messaging.
- Create, maintain and update the company’s digital presence towards consistent branding and messaging including updating website content, managing SEO (track results either directly or through third party), and driving engagement on social media platforms.
- Provide analysis and reporting of digital / social campaign performance to assess effectiveness, provide insights to inform future decisions, identify trends and improvement opportunities, provide reporting as needed, and continually grow knowledge of digital / social platform best practices to remain relevant and optimize performance.
- Create and manage lifecycle email communications in the CRM system with the goal of informing, nurturing and having call-to-action campaigns for national account prospects.
- Maintain creative asset library (photos, video, copy, announcements, etc.) and work with existing and new vendors to develop and purchase assets based on most favorable terms.
- Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer preferences and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
- Contribute to the overall team effort and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
2-4 years progressive experience in marketing coordination or related roles with strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.Demonstrable experience in traditional and digital marketing including effective content creation with awareness of good information design and layout, website management and advertising campaigns, business account digital / social media marketing with related analytic tools managing SEO / SEM, and email marketing, CRM systems and advertising.Excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to craft a story in a compelling manner while being meticulous about spelling and grammar.Creative mindset with the ability to think out of the box to devise content and campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate while also possessing analytical skills to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.Outstanding ability to collaborate with internal and external partners in a dynamic and fast paced work environment.Proficiency in MS Office suite and Adobe InDesignOther skills and traits : highly organized, detail-oriented, multitasking abilities, quick learner, initiative, ownership, and coachability.Background checks and drug screening are required.
