A company is looking for a Bilingual Legal Assistant - Case Evaluation Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and manage inbound and outbound calls from clients regarding their injury cases
Connect clients with attorneys and facilitate communication between them
Document case details accurately and perform data entry in the firm's case software system
Required Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish (read, write, speak) preferred
Customer service experience preferred but not required
Proficiency in using computers and software tools
Strong organizational skills to manage and track tasks effectively
Empathy and understanding in client interactions
